Our First Gig!
Naomi, my granddaughter, is working with me. She's great at taking orders and helping out!
For Saturdays this summer, we will be at
The Top Dog Menu. Charissa actually did the text. It turned out very cute!
In order to change over to the Top Dog Logo, we had to repaint the trailer. I kept to the white theme that the trailer originally had. It's clean and inviting.
Changing the Logo
It was an adventure to paint and change the Logo. Many thanks to Charissa, Laura, and Jacob for all their help!
The old wooden awning was too heavy for me to lift, so we changed it for a much lighter version, which makes it possible for me to actually put it up and down by myself!
The menu was going to change, so we had to sand off the old lettering and repaint.

I decided to put shelves there instead.
We have a new coffee trailer! Just in time for this season, Top Dog is moving out with a converted horse trailer that is really a treat!

There is some painting to be done, and our logo will replace the current logo. Very soon, we'll be ready to hit the road to do special events! We just had to share our freshly roasted coffee with the community.
There is a sink and a cup washer. The Trailer is equipped with a fresh water tank and a gray water tank.
This is a picture of the professional La Marzocco espresso machine. It will be used to make delicious coffee! And other drinks as well.
The awning is sturdy and welcoming. There is a pull out shelf to serve coffee on as well!
