Charissa is the one who had the original vision for Top Dog. She studied, experimented and learned about roasting. She also learned how to be barista. She purchased the professional roaster that is still in use to this day.
Coffee that Engages
Charissa created "coffee that engages". She has always felt that Top Dog should be more than just a good coffee. From the beginning, Top Dog Roastery has participated in helping the community by supporting causes that we believe in.
Roaster Come Lately
There was a wedding! Charissa got married and suddenly there was no more time for Top Dog Coffee in her life. That's when Dree (Charissa's Mom and coffee addict), took over.
More than that, Top Dog Coffee uses Genuine Origin Beans. These beans are then artisan roasted, which means, it's still one of the tastiest coffees you'll ever drink.
